Building / Manager Supervisor Service
Office Duties: responding emails, calls, messages
Scheduled move-in/outs, enterphone programming, fob access system management, revenue collection etc.
Trade Follow Up: coordinated and supervised – Like; elevator maintenance, carpet Cleaning, garbage removal, HVAC/Plumbing maintenance, anchor inspection, duct &window cleaning, Landscaping, pest control, fitness Equipment, restoration work, Parkade gate maintenance, and etc.
Security report: Read all shift security reports; and submit Violation report if any bylaw abuse reported; like, damaging the property, having party and caused excessive noise and illegal move, etc.
Pool & hot tub Maintenance:
Tested & maintained optimal water chemistry as prescribed by Vancouver Coastal Health.
Maintained and serviced pool and hot tub equipment operation and cleanness.
